EMIS Patient Access portal
The Patient Access portal allows you to:
- make appointments;
- order repeat prescriptions; and
- change or amend your contact details.
Getting set up on the EMIS Patient Access portal
First you need to complete an EMIS Patient Access ‘Registration Form’, in person.
These are available upon request in person from our surgery reception desk.
Once your application has been completed by yourself and reviewed and approved by our Doctors, you will be notified. Upon notification, you will be able to create an online account and login to the EMIS Patient Access portal.
