Abbey Family Practice has scheduled a Pre-Christmas Clinic to support the roll out of Covid-19 Booster Vaccination to all adults over 18 in Northern Ireland

**PLEASE CONSIDER DOWNLOADING A CONSENT FORM FOR YOUR BOOSTER AND BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
- All Patients aged 18 years and over can now be offered in Practice a booster dose of the PFIZER (COVID-19) vaccine providing 3 months has passed from the date of second dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Please bring your vaccination card along to your appointment so that we can confirm the 3 month vaccination interval.
- Please attend at your allocated time to prevent overcrowding in the waiting room.
- Please bring a pen with you to sign your consent form.
- Please note the Department of Health has suspended the requirement to remain on site for a 15 minute observation period following the vaccination which will keep queues to a minimum and permit us to vaccinate many more patients.
- This will be a very busy clinic – to help our Vaccinators move quickly please wear loose clothing to expose upper arm for vaccination.
- If you have tested positive for COVID recently please remember you should wait 28 days from the date of your positive test before getting your booster vaccination.
